BILLING QUESTIONS
-
Freezing your membership is a convenient way to maintain your current membership rate and avoid any future enrollment fees should you decide to resume training at a later date.
Members may place their membership on freeze for one month at a time, for up to three months within a rolling 12-month period. Freeze requests must begin on a scheduled billing date. Memberships are not eligible for freeze during the first two months of enrollment, and time spent on freeze does not count toward the 60-day minimum commitment period.
To request a freeze, members must complete the official Freeze Form provided by our staff at least five (5) days prior to their billing date. A monthly freeze fee applies, accounts must be in good standing, and annual membership fees remain unaffected. Members may resume their membership early at any time by returning to regular dues. Drop-in classes may also be purchased while a membership is frozen.
To begin the freeze process, please contact the club and a team member will provide the required Freeze Form.
Policies are subject to change. Please speak with a staff member if you have any questions.
-
Monthly memberships are subject to a 60-day minimum commitment. Any time spent on freeze does not count toward satisfying this minimum term.
To cancel a membership, members must complete and submit the official Cancellation Form at least 30 days prior to their desired cancellation date. Members remain responsible for all applicable membership dues and fees during the notice period. Membership fees are not prorated for partial months.
Accounts must be in good standing at the time of cancellation. Any outstanding balances remain the member's responsibility and may be subject to collections if left unpaid.
If a cancellation request is submitted while a membership is frozen, the freeze will be removed and the standard cancellation process and notice requirements will apply.
To begin the cancellation process, please contact the club.
