BOOKING QUESTIONS

A 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all pre-booked classes. If cancelling a class with less than 12 hours notice, charges will apply.
Class pack holders and Foundation members who “late cancel” or “no show” will be deducted one class session in addition to the fee. Advanced members will be charged a cancellation fee consistent with the terms of their membership agreement.

MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS

Foundation memberships include up to (8) eight HIIT, Strength, Yoga, Boxing, and/or Kickboxing classes per month.
Advanced memberships include access all class types, and are limited to one class per day. To take more than one class in a day, drop-in rates apply.
All memberships include access to the weight/cardio area.

All monthly members may take up to (1) one class per day. To take more than one class in a day, drop-in rates apply.

All memberships include unlimited first time guest passes. In order for your guest to be eligible, they may not have visited CULTR FIght Club in the past.

Yes! If you refer a new member through the referral program on the CULTR FIght Club App, you each receive $10 off your next membership dues invoice. To redeem, contact someone at the front desk and they will update your account.
BILLING QUESTIONS

Members may freeze their membership one month at a time (max 3 months per year) on their dues billing date. Freezes are not allowed in the first 2 months of a new membership and do not count toward the 60-day minimum term. Requests must be submitted through a Freeze Form provided by our staff at least 2 days in advance. A $15 + tax freeze fee applies, and accounts must be in good standing. Early resumption is allowed with regular dues; drop-in classes may be purchased during the freeze. Annual fees and the standard cancellation policy still apply.

Monthly memberships have a 60-day minimum term, with frozen months not counting toward this total. To cancel, members must request & submit a cancellation form in person at least 30 days in advance. Members are responsible for all dues and fees during this period, and mid-month cancellations are not prorated. Accounts must be in good standing, and any past-due balances must be paid to avoid collections. Cancelling during a freeze will end the freeze and follow standard cancellation policies. Members may rejoin within 30 days without paying a new enrollment fee.

All monthly recoccuring memberships are subject to current NJ tax rates. An annual membership fee of $49.99 and a one-time enrollment fee apply.

The easiest way to update your billing information is on the CULTR Fight Club App. Once you’ve logged in using the email we have on file, navigate to your profile section.
If you prefer, you can contact us and a staff member can update your details. for you.

A missed payment may result in a late payment fee. Late payment penalty fees and fines are outlined in your membership agreement.

All memberships are subject to a 60-day minimum term commitment. If we do not receive a cancellation request at least 30 days from the end of the term, then the agreement rolls into a month to month membership. A 30-day cancellation notice subject to the club’s policies is required for all cancellation requests.
OTHER QUESTIONS

Proper athletic attire during class is required:
Bag/strength Classes: Enclosed running shoes, athletic shorts/pants, athletic top. Boxing gloves are required for bag classes.
Mat Classes: martial arts gi for bjj-gi classes. NO shoes on the mats.
We have the right to refuse entrance to any client who is not properly attired.

CULTR welcomes service dogs that are individually trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted in the facility.
